The Thrashers have started the preseason with back to back to back loses. They almost made tonights' game against Carolina go to extra time until Shane Hnidy took a holding penalty with less than 2 minutes left in the 3rd period. On the ensuing powerplay, Josef Vasicek scored his second of the game and handed Atlanta it's third straight loss.

I know. I know. It's only the preseason but come on, boys. Throw me a frickin' bone here!
